About the role

You will be joining us as the first growth marketeer focused on Demand and Lead Generation, reporting to our Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for designing the frameworks that will enable a structured approach to generate and nurture leads across multiple channels and target markets.

You will be expected to build and deliver integrated marketing programmes using content, email, social, lead nurturing, partner marketing, events, account-based marketing and analytics.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will take the organisation through the entire spectrum, from generating brand awareness, transforming these activities into lead generation and interacting directly with potential customers. You will work alongside the Marketing & BD team and manage a Sales Development Representative.
